(Will cover two 12 pizzas)
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soy oil
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 small chopped onion or 1/2 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Place ingredients in saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. For the best tasting sauce, let cool then place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Be sure your toppings includes a combination of shredded cheeses such as Mozzarella, Romano and Parmesan.
