Adam MarxAdam Marx started his OSU career at the Lima regional campus.  He left a legacy behind as a founding member of the Buckeye Ag Society, a student organization for students interested in agriculture on the Lima campus.  Since Adam's transfer to Columbus, he has lit a fire for student involvement on campus through the Agriculture and Natural Resources Council.  Adam organized a Lessons in Leadership program that taught 150 CFAES students dinner etiquette through a dining experience at the Faculty Club.  Because of Adam's vision and responsibility he was elected as the 2003-2004 Agricultural and Natural Resources Council President.

What Adam has to say:

Why OSU?  Why not?!  OSU's College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences is one of the premier colleges in the world.  Development of innovations with the departments are in the forefront of science in agriculture and affects events worldwide.

Getting involved  There are so many opportunities for students to get involved, both within CFAES and the University.  Taking the initiative to become a member of an organization is the first step and after that just be more than "only a member".
