Program Resources
Programs in Community Development are dynamic and changing according to
the needs determined at the local level and available resources at the
district and county levels. From time to time specialists and others have
provided suggested programs for Extension personnel in the field. These
have often been utilized directly and appreciated by county staff for
planning programs to meet local needs.
The suggested programming resource in this form is not to suggest that
these are the only programs to be offered. They might also be changed and
adapted to meet local program needs. The program format can serve as a
handy resource for local program leaders to review and use as a program
development aid. We plan to make additions and perhaps deletions from time
to time.
As always we
are open to your suggestions for new programming ideas and for ways to
improve the suggested outlines. Please feel free to communicate directly with
the author of the program or the designated contact person, identified
on the pages linked above.
