Resources: Extension Program Resources--Community Development 1996 I. Title of Program or Issue: Relates to following Strategic Plan Product(s) Growth Management Policies A. Situational Statement: Ohio communities are facing increasing development pressure that can lead to the loss of rural character, prime agricultural land and public service quality and capacity limitations. B. Description/Educational Objectives: To enable local community leaders to become aware of land-use planning and growth management policies that can inform community land-use decision-making strategies. C. Suggested Time Required for Program:1 - 2 hours. Suggested Time of Year: Any time. D. Audience and Level of Offering: County, multi-county, district E.
