Retention & Expansion program. We will assist by designing, obtaining

Our Business Retention surveys are designed on the continuous business
retention model.
Continuous Business Retention and Expansion Programming focuses on issues
affecting the competitiveness of business in a specific area or industry
cluster. This is different from traditional retention & expansion programming
because it never ceases. Surveys are used to aggregate responses to build
support around issues and concerns. These results are then immediately used
to effect changes needed to maintain a community’s competitiveness. A valued
characteristic of Continuous Business Retention and Expansion programming
is its ability to get a quick response leading to immediate action.
Electronic surveys for business retention are available to any community
in Cuyahoga County.
