Diversity in the Workplace

Management


This program focuses on the issues, challenges, and opportunities presented by U.S. population diversity. Workplace issues related to employee diversity in terms of gender, race/ethnicity, socioeconomic class, and cultural background are emphasized. Participants will be exposed to differences in perceptions and expectations of a diverse workforce. In addition participants will learn about the complaints against other group(s) and how to effectively build better communication between diverse groups to build alliances.
