are functionally very different. This program is designed for board members,
officers and senior managers, this informative day-long seminar will help
participants understand their roles, functions, responsibilities and accountabilities.
You'll learn practical methods for policy governance, role clarification,
performance development, conflict resolution, effective hiring and more.
This is a chance for management and boards to learn how to work together
common goals.
