Gossip In The Workplace
Management
Employees, manages, owners of business have all at one time or another been
the victim of salacious rumor in the workplace. Studies show that workplace
gossip negatively impacts productivity and employee moral. This half-day
program is designed to help managers and workers: recognize and describe
the characterizes of a person who engages in gossips, understand how gossip
negatively impacts relationships and performance and identifying the reason(s)
someone gossips.
