Everyone Wins
Leadership
Conflict pervades our daily lives. According to a recent survey, managers
spend about 20 % of their times attempting to resolve conflicts in their
organization. This program will explore the five basic “positions” we can
choose in a conflict situation, and demonstrates how the choices we make
critically impact outcomes, positively as well as negatively. The program
will probe in detail into the merits of collaborating. Program is based
upon the works of Dr. Kenneth W. Thomas. Dr. Thomas advocates that you can
turn situations where there is conflict and disagreement into win-win outcomes
that completely fulfill the needs of conflicting parties.
