If you are ready to schedule a class using any distance technology other than the Carmen course management system, you can proceed directly to the request form by clicking on “Scheduling Your Program” at left.
Click on ‘Video Conferencing Facilities' for all locations available to you.
Carmen course shells are automatically created for every for-credit course at Ohio State (including main, regional, and Wooster campuses). Faculty have access to their courses as soon as they are created. Students are added to Carmen courses as they register through the Registrar's office.
If you are teaching a non-credit course or workshop, you can request a Carmen course by sending e-mail to carmen@osu.edu. If your participants are not directly affiliated with OSU, visitor accounts can be created for them.
