1.  Click on "Faculty References."  Then click on "Vita Development Material."  This document outlines development of the dossier.  In the "Core Dossier Outline" (page 12), italics comments are listed concerning ideas on how to include Extension (outreach/engagement) work in the dossier.

OSU Extension Program Development and Evaluation

This page lists resources for developing outreach/engagement programs through OSU Extension.  Click on EEETs for the "Evaluation of Effective Extension Teaching" resource.  This lists processes and forms for evaluating outreach/engagement teaching.

Office of the University Registrar -- FYI

FYI is a web-based system for generating forms to collect student feedback about teaching effectiveness and the quality of specific aspects of a course.  It could be adapted to apply to outreach/engagement teaching.  For general questions about this, contact FTAD.

"Points of Distinction:  A Guidebook for Planning and Evaluating Quality Outreach."  Helpful tools to assist academic units, faculty leaders, and the higher education community plan, monitor, evaluate, and reward outreach efforts.

Penn State University

"UniSCOPE 2000:  A Multidimensional Model of Scholarship for the 21st Century."  This report focuses on University Scholarship and Criteria for Outreach and Performance Evaluation.
