- Extension public programming to professional and community audiences on subjects such as: Community and Agricultural Change at the Rural-Urban Interface, Local Food System Development, Social Issues and Agriculture
Area of Research
Focus on agricultural and community change at the rural-urban interface as well as public attitudes about topical food, agricultural, and environmental issues (recently looking at matters such as local foods, animal welfare, energy, and large-scale livestock facilities). Direct or participate in several projects, including:
