The office is in the Kinsman Home, on the west side of Mahoning Avenue NW, about 500 feet from the northwest corner of the downtown square in Warren. Valley Counseling Services is across the street from the office. Call if you get lost: 675-2595.
From Route 11:
From Rt. 11, exit at and travel east on Rt. 82. Exit Rt. 82 at
the E. Market Street ramp (one can only make a right-hand turn from
the ramp). Follow E. Market to the downtown square (the original
Courthouse of the Western Reserve will be on your right or the north
side of the street). Turn right at the traffic light located on the
southwest corner of the square onto Mahoning Avenue, and travel
northwest. Take the first driveway to the left and before the
wrought-iron fence surrounding city hall. The parking lot and our
entrance is behind the Veteran Service building.
From Route 5:
Take I-71 north to I-76 east. Take 76 to Rt. 225 north and
proceed about 5 miles (until it dead-ends), then turn right onto Rt. 5
east. Travel on Rt 5 for about 20 miles to Rt. 45, the
Mahoning/Ashtabula exit. Go right off the exit for about three
miles. After turning right on Mahoning Avenue, you will go through
six traffic lights: Copperweld, Country Fair Store, Giant Eagle,
Turner Jr. High, large intersection (get in left center lane, to go
straight) and the Red Cross are markers for each intersection. Once
you go through the last light, the Warren-Trumbull Public Library will
be on your left and city hall will be on your right. Our driveway is
located on the right side of the road, just past city hall. We share
a driveway with the Veterans' Office. There is parking in the rear.
The driveway is just at the end of the wrought-iron fence. We are in a
big, historic, white house.
