Note: Important advancements in postemergent broadleaf weed control have been the development of combination formulations of phenoxy (e.g., 2,4-D, MCPA) and pyridine (e.g., trichlopyr and clopyralid) chemistries. New products featuring these combinations include Cool Power, Horsepower, Eliminate, Millennium Ultra, and Momentum.
1 Clorpyralid can not be used on residential lawns.
2 Carfentrazone is available in low concentrations in combination formulations for more rapid discoloration of broadleaf weeds.
