Agricultural Communication Graduate Program

The agricultural communication program offers a master’s degree option in agricultural communication. Students work with a faculty adviser and graduate committee to develop a tailored curriculum that meets their career goals and interests. This 45-hour graduate program requires a thesis.

While the agricultural communication program does not offer a doctoral degree, graduate students majoring in agricultural and extension education or rural sociology may develop a minor in agricultural communication. The flexibility in the graduate programs allows students a range of options for building broad expertise in agricultural communication research, theory or technique.
