and Registration
Two sessions
will be conducted in March. A short informational presentation
will begin each session addressing the need for a technology
association. The rest of the session will include an open
discussion on future plans for the association and addressing
technology issues and needs in agriculture. A portion of this
discussion will be devoted to identifying needs for precision
agriculture research.
The following
two sessions run from 9:00 to noon. Free refreshments will
be provided. No registration is required.

The topics
of this association would be open to any technology that impacts
agriculture. Some of these topics include: precision agriculture,
remote sensing, computers and hardware, agricultural software,
farm/business record keeping, communication systems, Internet,
web sites, e-business/e-commerce, bio-technology, GPS/WAAS,
GIS, and other emerging technologies.
