Whereas a resolution was presented by the Emergency Preparedness Committee;

Be it therefore resolved...

...that the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., go on record as urging that a system by developed which will provide for indoor home warning of natural disasters as well as nuclear attack, and that warning units be available so that a major portion of the rural people of the United States can obtain these units by the mid-1970s;
