Early March, 2006, Dr.Larry C. Brown hosted a group of 4 professors from the College of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering (CWRHE), Wuhan University, Hubei Province, China. The group was led by Professor Mao, Zhi, director of International Programs of CWRHE, member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. They gave presentations on agriculture water management and water conservation in China.
