Dr. Moeller’s Extension responsibilities include swine genetics, production management, and mortality composting. He serves as the leader of the OSU Swine Educators Team and works with county and state groups to develop training programs and educational materials for producers in Ohio and the United States. His primary research interests are in the genetics of muscle quality and ultrasonic evaluation of fat and muscle in swine.
