Since I'm long distance, I like it because you return the charges.
Fine Prefer the one on one.
Sure, It's a good way to leave messages and we always know that the person will get back to me with the information when they have researched it.  A lot of needless phone time is eliminated.
Keep me posted on when I might expect to hear from the person I am calling informs me if the person I need to talk to is actually in the office.
No complaints.  Need it to pass county program info to members at meetings.  Result - T-Shirt Contest on "Important Reasons For Joining 4-H"  Ben Wagner submitted 40 ideas/reasons and a t-shirt will be printed with one of his reasons on it by National 4-H Supply.  News Letter Congrats are in order.
The few times I have called it has worked fine.
OK, Susan has returned calls promptly.
Find, although when I have left messages to be called by person there wasn't available - I have not received call backs.
Find, although it can be irritating at times - lacks a personal touch (unfeeling), however, this is the 90's and it gets the job done.
Good solution for financial crunch.
Yes, within a reasonable amount of time after leaving a message, someone has returned my call.

Additional Comments:

Thank you for providing a program where kids can choose an interest project and work on it with his/her family.  It promotes family togetherness and motivates a parent to teach life skills.  Then at fair the 4-H member has an opportunity to receive recognition for all the hard work.  My mother was a 4-H member, I was a 4-H member, and now my kids are 4-H members.  It's nice to have a traditional bond in a worthwhile program!
With only 3 years experience as an advisor to a new club, my knowledge of the items listed is limited.
I'm home during the day but for those who are gone or unavailable to go out in day hours - evenings would be helpful.
Sorry this late - Aug. & Sept. are busy for me - his was set aside and forgotten.
Would like to see more emphasis placed on project completion and exhibits at fair.  4-H is too valuable a resource to be unheard of - this happens too frequently as there is not enough promotion.  There are many youth who would benefit from 4-H if they knew we were here and how to belong.
This was difficult to rate activities.  Most of which we haven't taken part in.  I hope activities aren't going to be cut based on this survey.  The activities that are unimportant to me may be very important to others and visa versa!
Some Advisors work during day and sometime several travel distance together and also for transporting children to activities.
Keep up the good work, you guys do a great job and you get an A+ for effort in my book.
We should stress the importance of group communication.
I would like to see more input from clubs in 4-H building, displays were few this year which does not speak well of 4-H program.  Also I would like to see more 4-H promotional in Summit County.
Need more specialty workshops.  With knowledgeable instructors.
I truly wish we could cut down on paper work or do something else.  I hate to write.
Thank you for letting me participate even though I don't have a club anymore.  I still talk to kids and can sense areas that need work or help.
The extension office has always been very helpful.  All areas on the opposite page are important in helping educate our youth.  I would like to see more teen activities and  the return of animal cloverbud projects
