Career Service Center Library
- Information & Service Counter
Principal information and reception center. Site of morning
check-in by on-campus recruiters. Visitors may have their
questions answered, be referred to appropriate services and
resources, or receive basic guidance on the many services of the
Center.
- Career Resource Library
Supported by the college office, this is the center for most
student activity. This library has books and brochures along
with employer information binders. The library is spacious,
well-lighted and furnished, and provides a comfortable space to
leisurely review one's career field, research employers, and
even conduct a job search. The library is easily accessed by
persons with a disability and assistance is available to
everyone.
Our staff is available to answer questions, provide basic
career counseling and guidance, and to review resumes and cover
letters. A bank of two computers offers quick access to the
World Wide Web. In addition to information in print- students
can review videotapes, CD's and DVD's of company recruiting
materials, job search skills, and other multimedia items of
interest.
Please visit the Career Services Center reception area to
inquire about the counseling walk-in schedule.
- CSC Employer Relations/Internship Reception Area
This is a comfortable waiting area for students awaiting
appointments with staff members to discuss job placement or
internship experience opportunities, the on-campus interview
process, or for general counseling matters. It also serves as a
check-in point for employers conducting on-campus interviews.
- Interview Rooms 100V, 100W, 100X, & 100Z
Most the Center's on-campus interviews each year are conducted in these
4 rooms. Check daily interview postings on the web and at the entrance
to the Career Service Center for precise room number for your particular
interview. These postings will also contain details on interview locations
elsewhere in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental
Sciences
