Planning Your Degree
Our expectation at The Ohio State University is
that nearly all the students we admit will complete an undergraduate
degree, and students generally meet that expectation. We are
pleased that so many of our students complete a degree, but
we also are aware that many students live complex lives that
will require greater degree planning support from us.
Ohio State and its colleges do not have a particular goal
for the time students should use to complete a degree since
that is a very individual decision, however we are aware that
students and their families generally regard four years as
the normal time in which to complete a degree. We do believe
that each student deserves the maximum amount of support in
developing and completing a degree plan.
