Description:
Immediate openings available for 4-H, FFA and FCCLA members currently in 8th grade and higher wishing to be involved in the 2006 Delaware Co. Junior Fair. Responsibilities include serving on one or more division(s); attending Junior Fair Board meetings; attending the committee meetings, shows and events of your assigned division(s); and attending at least one Senior Fair Board meeting. Position reports to Division Chairperson and the advisors of the Junior Fair Board.
Requirements:
Candidates must be currently in 8th grade and higher. Board members can serve a maximum of 4 years. Candidates applying for their 1st year must be interviewed. Those not able to make the interview date of February 7 must call the Extension Office by February 3rd to schedule an appointment. Selection based on application, previous leadership experience, and interview or your previous performance on the board.
