Tech Team

Position Opening

The Delaware County 4-H Technology Team is a dynamic team of youth ranging in age from 14-18.

The Team is charged with design, maintenance and support of the Delaware County 4-H Website and Message Board, setup and support of the MarTech Fair Entry Management system used at the Delaware County Junior Fair, and other activities as decided by team members, team advisors and the extension office.

Technical/computer knowledge is not a requirement for selection. However, this team does require members to possess a willingness to learn, work and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

Members will serve a one-year term, with an option to continue on to multiple terms, pending a review of participation in projects and meetings.

Members will have the opportunity to learn leadership and technology skills, as well as career skills. Existing members will participate in familiarization and training of new members.

The first meeting to welcome and familiarize new members will be announced after selection of new members. The regular meeting schedule is to be determined by the members and/or advisors depending on the activities and plans for the year.
