The FDA announced the final rule on recordkeeping regarding the Bioterrorism Act, in December 2005.  Registration, prior notice of importation and administrative detention are also part of the new regulations. At this short course you will learn about all of the final regulations, with a specific focus on recordkeeping, and what steps you must take to comply with them. FDA and U.S. Customs Officials, Attorneys experienced in food law, professionals from food industry and food importers will give presentations and respond to your questions and concerns.
