SITUATION: You are planning a birthday lunch for your best friend. You know her favorite foods and have planned four different menus for the party. From taking 4-H Food and Nutrition projects, you have learned that the food choices for a menu are important. Even though the foods are all items that your friend likes, some of the menus are better than others.
