workshop for you if you have:
Learn the processes related to managing a funded project.; An overview of how Extension and OSURF work together; Web Tours of helpful web sites (Extension, Grants pages, HR pages, OSURF's pages); a little about recovering costs; the people part of the project (HR); how to hire & pay someone, release time, help with problems, and all about forms; being a principal Investigator, working with your PI Portal and your SPO, spending your money, Matching, cost sharing and more, Ending a project the right way, more about forms. audiences, Ways to find new audiences, Simple ways to test your new

I have to
tell you this was one of the best inservices I have ever attended, and
admit the

bring it. You'll have an opportunity to get
started.
In small groups we'll work on your ideas; start
preliminary
budgets; establish time lines; start paperwork needed to
submit your proposal.

Negotiating Cost Recovery: Hands on Practice At this workshop we will practice
ways to work with customers. Several seasoned and experienced
agents will be there to “star” in the sketches, coach and offer
