B. Agricultural Education In The Public Schools

Since beginning assistant professors in teacher education are often given the responsibility for teaching undergraduate courses in agricultural education and/or beginning graduate courses, the doctoral graduate of the department should be competent to teach in a variety of areas related to fundamental aspects of agricultural education. Therefore, doctoral students in agricultural education who are specializing in teacher education should have preparation in the following courses or their equivalent.
