Agricultural Education Scholarship
Provides scholarships of at least $1,000 to sophomores, juniors, and seniors majoring in agricultural or extension education. Based on need, academic ability, college and community activities, and worthy vocational objectives.
Ralph E. Bender Scholarship
A $1,000 scholarship for incoming freshmen majoring in agricultural education. Based on academic ability and financial need.
Clyde and Crystal Beougher Endowed Scholarship
A scholarship of at least $1,000 for a student majoring in agricultural education. Based on academic ability, extracurricular activities, and financial need.
Stephen Brock Memorial Scholarship
An award of at least $1,000 for a junior or senior agricultural education major. Given in even-numbered years. Consideration is given to Delta Theta Sigma fraternity members and residents of Wood, Ottawa, and Lucas counties.
Albert B. Davis Scholarship
An award of $600 for students majoring in agricultural education major, based on financial need. Preference is given to residents of Noble, Guernsey, Tuscarawas, Muskingum, Fairfield, Pickaway, and Washington counties.
James J. Kreglow Scholarship
Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 are awarded to agricultural education majors (any rank) based on academic ability and financial need. Consideration is given to students from north central Ohio.
Ruth and S.N. McIntosh Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to students from Ohio or West Virginia based on need, merit, and leadership. First preference is for students enrolled in HCRD majoring in extension education.
Minority Scholarship
An award of $1,000 for minority students (African American, Hispanic, Asian Pacific Islanders, American Indian) majoring in agricultural education based on academic ability and financial need. Applicants must have two years of high school agricultural education, or two years of 4-H experience since age 14, or some combination.
Ohio Farm Bureau Federation Scholarship
An award of $1,200 for an agricultural education student, based on academic ability, leadership potential, and participation in extracurricular activities.
Alice Lucile Russel Scholarship
An award of $1,000 for an agricultural education student, with an interest in teacher education. Based on academic ability, leadership potential, and participation in extracurricular activities. Preference is for residents of Belmont and Champaign counties.
Undergraduate International Study Abroad Scholarship
An award of $500 for an agricultural education student interested in a career in extension education, agricultural education in the public schools, agricultural communication, or the agricultural industry. Applicants must enroll in a study abroad program for academic credit. Preference is given to domestic students with no previous international experience.
Warren and Jo Weiler Scholarship
An award of approximately $1,000 for an outstanding junior or senior majoring in agricultural education. Primary consideration is given to students demonstrating leadership and service in the College of FAES, with emphasis on the Agricultural Education Society.
E. Ivor Jones Scholarship
An award of approximately $1,250 for HCRD undergraduate/graduate students engaged in the study and/or research of agricultural education.
Carl E. Pickering Scholarship
An award given to an agricultural education student. Awarded to an entering freshman based on academic ability, high test scores, and financial need. Repeatable for four years as long as the student maintains a 3.0 gpa.
