Responsibilities
- Creates scientific and technical illustration, charts, graphs, and other artwork for a variety of print and electronic media
- Designs and layouts both art and text in print and electronic publications
- Assist other project managers with graphic design, illustration, and layout
- Works as a team member with clients, writers, photographers and editors
- Manages digital pre-press operation
- Oversees print production with vendors
- Assist occasionally with writing and editing text for publications
- Assist with general office duties as required (answering phone, greeting visitors, taking orders, ordering supplies
