Position: Food Technologist Location: Columbus, Ohio Major Responsibilities: - Lead development and implementation of Quality programs
- Oversees the training and coaching of operations personnel
- Organize investigations to diagnose quality problems through the production process
- Collect / Interpret data and issue reports of findings and trends
- Enhance food safety programs
- Ensure that records and documentation are maintain
- Ensure that outgoing products conform to established quality parameters,
- regulatory requirements and food safety requirements
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Meat Science or Food Science
- Knowledge of Quality management
- Experience with HACCP, SSOP, GMP
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Strong Ethical value
