Position: Food Technologist

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and implementation of Quality programs
  • Oversees the training and coaching of operations personnel
  • Organize investigations to diagnose quality problems through the production process
  • Collect / Interpret data and issue reports of findings and trends
  • Enhance food safety programs
  • Ensure that records and documentation are maintain
  • Ensure that outgoing products conform to established quality parameters,
  • regulatory requirements and food safety requirements

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Meat Science or Food Science
  • Knowledge of Quality management
  • Experience with HACCP, SSOP, GMP
  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • Strong Ethical value
