Central Soya Co. Inc., Indiana, U.S.A., purchases a manufacturing plant in New Bremen, Ohio, U.S.A., from Dairy Farmers of America for an undisclosed price. It will be several months before the facility can be reengineered to manufacture the soy protein concentrates Central Soya produces for food processing. The company expects to employ more than 20 people at the facility initially.
