Kenosha Beef International signs up for food irradiation by Bryan Salvage Kenosha Beef International, one of the nation's oldest and largest suppliers of ground beef to the quick service restaurant segment of the industry, reported that it has joined the growing list of food processors testing and/or utilizing commercially food irradiation. Surebeam Corp. is the technology provider. “For more than six decades, Kenosha Beef has been a leader providing quality beef for the QSR industry,” said Dennis D.
