OSU Receives Research Funds from USDA FSIS New Technology Office

Lynn Knipe was one of eight researchers to receive funding from USDA FSIS New Technology Office in the first round of cooperative agreements that this new office has offered. His co-investigator on this project, entitled "Validation of Post-Packaging Pasteurization Methods to be used in Small and Very Small Meat Establishments," with Dr. Balasubramaniam, an OSU post-packaging pasteurization expert, who came to OSU from FDA in Chicago.
