Next Secrest Arboretum Bird Walk is Nov. 14

WOOSTER, Ohio — Secrest Arboretum will host a free public bird walk on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9-11 a.m. Members of the Greater Mohican Audubon Society will lead it. Birdwatchers of all skill levels are welcome.

The 115-acre facility is part of the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center (OARDC), 1680 Madison Ave., in Wooster. It's home to some 2,000 different types of trees and shrubs and dozens of migrant and resident bird species.

Meet at the arboretum’s Seaman Orientation Plaza on Williams Road, about 1.7 miles from the main OARDC entrance.
