Types of Reports and Example Reports

**NOTE** This section contains most commonly used reports for a farm business.

The following are types of reports and their descriptions that would be used in a farm business. Examples of these reports and the keystrokes needed to create them follow after the report descriptions.

  1. P&L Statement Report - With Percents

    Same as previous report, but shows percentage breakdown of income and expenses.

    From the menu bar Click Reports, Click Reports and Graphs, Click How is my business doing?, Click Profit and Loss Statement, set report date, Click Customize, Click Amount as %, Click Show Report.
