Bark Beetles are being monitored in this funnel trap as part of Dr. David Nielsen's research study. Trapping locations in Lucas County include the Toledo Botanical Garden and Stranahan Arboretum.

Traps are monitored on a weekly basis, with findings being reported as part of the weekly Buckeye, Yard, and Garden Line (BYGL) Conference Call.
