     Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to the Program Development and Evaluation Unit.
  • Provide training and support for program and evaluation development efforts at the county, region, and state levels.
  • Assist Extension professionals with needs, capacity, and impact assessments, sampling, survey development, and data collection and analysis.
  • Provide training and support for statistical analysis, interpretation, and use.
  • Provide training and support for qualitative and mixed-designed research and evaluation.
  • Partner with Extension professionals in capacity-building, asset-based, and outcome program and evaluation development.
  • Partner with Extension professionals in research and evaluation design, instrumentation, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and use.
  • Assist with training and support for program and evaluation development efforts at the state, region, and county levels.
  • Coordinate the Evaluation of Effective Extension Teaching (EEET) process.

     Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and administer the OSU Extension Reporting process.  Maintain and update the on-line computer-based reporting system known as the Unified Reporting System (URS) .
  • Complete federal reporting process.  Plan reports, establish procedures, collect and analyze data, write/submit reports.  Evaluate federal reporting guidelines and mandates.  Serve as liaison with the federal funding partner.
  • Develop and disseminate program planning and reporting materials.
  • Assist Extension personnel at the county, region, and state levels as they design, develop instrumentation, implement, analyze, and report evaluation and impact studies.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Regional and Statewide workshops in program planning, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Manage the state-wide Evaluation of Effective Extension Teaching (EEET) database.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and conduct marketing research that informs decision making, evaluation, and program development.
  • Develop and apply criteria for determining what marketing research projects should be undertaken
  • Work with internal clients to design, review and use marketing research
  • Provide consultation on research projects and applied research needs, particularly with respect to methods, sample selection, data analysis techniques, and computer applications
  • Assist with training and support marketing research efforts at the state, region, and county levels
  • Develop and maintain an Extension Customer Relations Management database system
