Drill seeded with presswheels at 16 lb/a.
Brookston silt loam, pH = 6.4, P = 85 lb/a, K = 340 lb/a, CEC = 15, O.M. = 3.5 (10/98).
50 lb/a of P2O5 was spring applied.
No insecticide applied. Potato leafhopper populations exceeded economic action thresholds during the 2nd, 3rd and 4th growth cycles.
