the photos are excellent.  the one photo sure looks like late or too much
growth regulator application.  what growth regulator did you use and at what
rate?  I am not sure all the problems in the photos are the same problem.  the
one appears to be bract edge burn.  where are you located?  can you identify
the specific cultivars in the photos?  what cultivars showed the greatest
damage?  we did see some damage from the over application of adept.  it was
mostly marginal burn before flowering.  in the most severe case the plants
were discarded before flower.  when did you apply the adept?  how did you
apply it (specific details of mixing, application, etc).  what about
temperatures?  stray lights early in the cycle?

I AM LOOKING FOR SOME HELP FROM ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME.  WE LOST A GREAT
DEAL OF OUR POINSETTIA CROP THIS PAST DECEMBER.  I HAVE LISTED BELOW
WHAT PRODUCTS I USED AND ALSO WHERE I HAVE SENT SAMPLES.  CAN YOU HELP
ME?

OHIO STATE UNIVERISTY SAMPLED THE PLANTS THEY SAW NO PROBLEM.

SCOTTS LAB SAID THE SOIL AND WATER SAMPLED WAS FINE.

MICHIGAN STATE PHYTHIUM SCREEN WAS NEGITIVE.

SOL. SALTS WERE OK.

SCOTTS 560 CHIOR SOIL WAS USED.

NO GROWTH REGULATORS USED AFTER OCTOBER 4TH-SOME PLANTS "FREEDOM" NO
GROWTH REGULATOR WAS USED AT ALL.

ADEPT WAS USED THE 1ST TIME THIS YEAR.

PETER'S EXCELL FERT. WAS USED.

CUTTINGS FROM FISHERS AND ECKE'S (URC).

ROOT SYSTEM MEDIUM TO EXCELLENT.

I HAVE BEEN GROWING POINSETTIAS SINCE 1966, AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM
LIKE THIS.  ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.  SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.
