My Lily crop needs HEAT

Interesting comments on this situation. Last evening, I sent a reply
directly to Michael, but with the discussion I thought I would provide it
to everyone.

Michael,

Probably best not to use the unvented heater. You could lose everything
with that— yes I know some do it.

The hours when dif temperatures are most important are just before and
after sunrise. Thus, you could use a "temperature dip" or "California dif"
as some refer to it. Before sunrise open vents and lower temp to 55 and
hold that for about 3 hours. Then allow the greenhouse to warm to a day
temp that gives you the 24 hour average temp needed for development. This
dip will help alleviate the excess elongation caused by a large +dif.
