Hello Jim. We have tried A-rest at 2.5 to 5 ppm and Bonzi at 0.1 to 0.25
ppm and gotten growth control. They also grew out of the effect when
potted into 6 inch pots from jumbo packs and grown on for about 6 to 8
weeks. However, I would not try these rates on small stature types
such as the Ambassadors as the effect is too strong. We have been
able to grow those types very nicely without growth regulators. B-9 has
very little effect on any of the begonias. We are putting some of this
data together for a paper. Will send you more info as it develops. Brent

Does anyone have experience with using growth regulators on wax leaf
begonias. A grower needs to "put them on hold". Which chemicals work
and
at what rates?
Thanks for any help!!
