This may not be too pleasant, but you can call shoot one of the gulls; or if
you'd rather not, call the local game commission in your area and ask them
about it. Alot of times when birds see one fall from the flock and lay there
for a few days, they will leave. We have to do it with winter wheat and geese
because they will destroy a whole field of wheat.
