Precision or Azatin?

We are having some problems with thrips.  I have been running a spray
program and wanting to implement some IGR's into the "cocktail".  I have
had very good luck using Azatin on whiteflies in poinsettias.  I spoke
with a Novartis rep yesterday and he seems to believe that using
Precision is the best IGR for thrips, but of course the Olympic rep felt
as though Azatin would be the best IGR.  I know that I shouldn't run one
ap of one and one ap of another in order to get good control.  Which one
would be the BEST (Precision or Azatin) when combined with an
adulticide????  Also, has anyone had GOOD luck with the Whitemire
products (for thrip) Preclude (total release, same IGR active ingredient
as Precision) and Duraplex (total release knockdown).  Any
assistance/experience would be greatly appreciated!!!!
