The Rockets Away! curriculum materials were created by Dr. Bob Horton, Associate Professor of Science Education at Ohio State University. His primary responsibilities include the development of science education materials for use in elementary and middle school classrooms.
Dr. Horton has devoted his professional career to helping teachers make science come alive for their students. Other units developed by Dr. Horton include Fishy Science, Acorns to Oaks, Amazing Aeronautics, Beans About Water, Breads...a Celebration of Harvest, and SPLASH.
