Punctual
Attention to details.
Time!! Being an officer does take a good bit of time. There is a lot to do!
Cooperation: assisting other officers and members in completing their duties when necessary.
Be a paid member of the national organization.
Positions up for Election
President- Coordinates the organization. This involves developing agendas for meetings, overseeing paperwork
and contact with the Wildlife Society and other student chapters, and ensuring projects are being finished on time.
Vice President- Oversees events and guest presentations; the vice-president arranges for speakers at meetings,
and serves on the Events committee (or schedule events if no committee exists). The V.P. is also responsible for getting
information to the secretary in a timely manner for distribution to the group
Secretary- Distributes information to the group via e-mail, fliers, and newsletters. The secretary is also responsible
for record-keeping, such as meeting minutes and attendance
Treasurer- Maintains the financial records of the chapter and oversees fundraising activities and expenditures of money.
Web - Maintain, update, and refurbish the web site as needed.
Ag/NR Council Rep - Attends council meetings and conveys information back to the club

This is an event where we can earn money by volunteering our time in the process of on campus collection of unneeded items in the process of dorm move outs. We need approximately 10 people to commit to a session from May 23 through June 26! SCTWS Minutes
October 19, 2004
The Wildlife Society went rock climbing at the OSU outdoor sports recreational facility.
During the meeting:
· David made the announcement that t-shirts for the club are $8.00 if you want one. You will need to drop an envelope containing your name, e-mail address, shirt size and money to Kottman Hall 210. Ask Pat to put it in the wildlife society mailbox.
· David also announced that the Deer drive at Stratford Ecological Center will be on November 13th. We will need everyone who is completely committed to going to sign up at the next meeting.
· Jie announced that dues for the club are $12.00 for the whole year or $5.00 for the quarter.
Our next meeting will be Monday November 1st at 5:00 p.m.
