Project
Completion Guidelines
In order to have completed a
project, everyone must:
- Have completed all local club guidelines.
- Followed the club
constitution.
- Have
attended an interview judging process.
Please check with your
advisor to be sure of your status. If you have an incomplete project,
you are not eligible to exhibit at the county fair.
Member
Enrollment Form
The ivory colored member
enrollment forms may be picked up by an advisor at the Extension office
at any time. These forms will have project grades on them for each
member. Please check premium amounts and indicate if the member has
completed all guidelines and will be exhibiting at the fair. This sheet
will determine wristband distribution.
These must be returned by an
advisor to the Junior Fair Office by September 15 before any member can
receive a wristband.
Wristband
Distributions
Wristbands will be attached
only at the times listed. No one can pick up a wristband for someone
else. These will be the only times that members and advisors will be
given wristbands. Please remember that in order to receive a wristband,
a member must have met completion requirements and will be exhibiting
at the 2006 Tuscarawas County
Fair.
Exhibiting
at the fair means that members must either have a livestock project on
display or have an educational display in a booth. Livestock posters in
the barn do not constitute a display, nor does a project book.
Special arrangements must be
made with the Extension office prior to September 14 if an
animal is unable to be displayed and a member needs booth space to set
up a display.
All advisors and committee
members must be actively participating in the program in order to
receive a wristband.
